Silvi Malinowski is the Associate Vice President, National Growth for ATB Wealth. Silvi has been with ATB Wealth for five years and is currently responsible for leading the national expansion strategy for ATB Securities Inc. Silvi’s previous role at ATB Wealth saw her leading the South Region of Alberta which included a team of leaders and 110 advisors and associates in the southern half of Alberta. Additionally, throughout her time at ATB Silvi has held roles leading teams of advisors, private bankers and investment counselors. She was honored with the Catalyst Leadership award in 2021.  

Prior to ATB, Silvi’s leadership experience extended into Private Investment Counsel, Trust and Estates as well as retail banking and investments. Although most of her career was in leadership roles, she also held advisory roles where she worked directly with clients in both a business and retail setting. Her broad background and collaborative approach served her well in meeting the needs of our clients. Silvi holds a BA in Economics and is a level III candidate in the CFA program. 

Silvi inspires her teams to be driven by purpose and obsessed with the pursuit of excellent client experience and growth. Her leadership practice is devoted to co-elevation, driving partnerships and helping teams grow through strong relationships.

Silvi lives in Calgary with her husband and two daughters.
