Now you can quickly and conveniently report any lost or stolen cards.  This feature will lock your card and send out a new card with a new number to your address on file.  You may be asked to call us to validate any charges you don’t recognize.

If you card is damaged, you can conveniently order a new replacement card.

Let ATB know which transactions should always be declined - by locations, by merchant types, by transaction types and by spend limits.   You can tailor your preferences to notify you of any unusual purchases. 

You can add in your travel plans, including locations and dates,  to ensure purchases won’t be declined while you’re in another country

To access these features simply log on to ATB Personal on atb.com or through the mobile app. Find your ATB Mastercard on the Overview page and click on Manage credit card. Only primary cardholders can access these features on ATB Personal.

If you're not set up with ATB Personal login credentials, you can choose one of the following options:

• Use our appointment booking tool to schedule an online meeting or phone call with an ATB Team member.
• Visit your nearest ATB branch. You can also skip the line by booking an appointment.
• Call 1-800-332-8383 for help from our Client Care team.

These features are available to all primary cardholders through ATB Personal on all personal ATB Mastercards, including ATB Gold Cash Rewards Mastercard, ATB Gold My Rewards Mastercard, ATB World Elite Mastercard, ATB Preferred Fixed-Rate Mastercard, ATB Preferred Variable-Rate Mastercard, ATB Alberta Mastercard, and ATB US Dollar Mastercard.

Recurring transactions will be approved even when the card has been turned off.

Approaching credit limit alerts are sent once daily. All other alerts are sent whenever a transaction is made that matches the alert criteria selected. You can adjust your alert settings at anytime to fit your needs.

There is no limit on how often you can change your pin.
