Indigenous Team Member Network
Team Member Networks are employee resource groups that help build awareness and inclusive, safer spaces that benefit team members.
The Indigenous Team Member Network (ITMN) is a platform for Indigenous team members and allies to share events, stories and how we’re working together to advance Indigenous Relations at ATB. The ITMN along with ATB’s Annual Indigenous Relations Advisory Circle provides leadership and guidance to the organization’s Indigenous Relations Strategy, which includes our Commitment to Truth and Reconciliation - specifically TRC Call to Action #92.
