How to switch to e-statements

With mail delays, switching to e-statements is a quick and easy way to stay up-to-date and never miss a payment.

ATB Personal

Switching to e-statements is a great way to reduce paper clutter and access your statements more quickly. Plus, you'll avoid potential mail disruptions and ensure you get your statement on time, every time.

Please note: Switching to e-statements is only available on the desktop version of ATB Personal. It is not currently available in the ATB Personal app.

  1. Log in to ATB Personal web (Desktop site only)
  2. Click your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
  3. Click "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
  4. Click "Statement preferences".
  5. Click "Manage statement preferences".
  6. Under "Delivery method," choose "E-statement."
  7. You're all done! You'll now receive your statements electronically.

You can also call our Client Care team at 1-800-332-8383 or visit your nearest branch to switch to e-statements. To view and download your e-statements follow these steps.

 

ATB Business

To switch to e-statements in ATB Business:

  1. Log in to ATB Business (Desktop site or Mobile app)
  2. In the navigation bar, click "Accounts."
  3. From the drop-down menu, click "Manage Statements."
  4. Select the account for which you want to switch to e-statements.
  5. Under "Delivery method," choose "E-statement."
  6. You're all done! You'll now receive your statements electronically.

If you cannot access this functionality, or don't see the accounts you want to manage statements for, contact your Administrator to review and update your entitlements.

ATB Investor Connect

This guide demonstrates how to change statement preferences in Investor Connect.

  1. Access Investor Connect Log In screen at Investor Connect Log In. It can also be accessed through atb.com under Wealth - Investor Connect.
  2. For an existing Investor Connect account, choose “Login”
  3. Enter your User Name and Password.
  4. The Account Summary page will open displaying your ATB Wealth accounts.
  5. In the menu listed at the top of the page, click on the “Settings” drop down.
  6. Under Settings, choose “Communication Preferences”.
  7. The “Communication Preferences” page will open, listing the different options.
  8. Under Statements, depending on your preference select either Online, In the mail and online, or Email notification and online.
  9. Once the selection is made, click “Save”.
  10. Once your selections are saved, a message will appear confirming the same.
  11. To log out of the site, under Settings choose “Log Out”.
