What information will find on ATBOnline® about my MasterCard account?

From the MasterCard Details page you will be able to view key details about your account including your last statement balance, minimum payment due, payment due date, amount and date of last payment, available credit and your rewards balance, if applicable.
What is Account History?

Transaction History allows you to review transactions posted to your ATB Financial MasterCard account. Simply select the time period to review transactions on the Transaction History selection page. You can review all transactions posted to your account within the last 60 days. The transaction history is listed for each card on the account.
What details will I find in the transaction history?

Security Questions
Are my on-line communications with ATB secure?

Yes. Security is one of the most important issues we faced in making this service available for our customers. We have taken strong measures to ensure that your information remains confidential.

Our first step is to ensure our customers use a secure browser. Certain browsers and computers have the ability to communicate securely by scrambling the information as it passes across the Internet. This method of communication is called SSL, or Secure Socket Layer. We require the use of a secure browser before a connection can be made to the banking system.

After you reach us using the secure browser, we take measures on our side to make sure your information is kept secure and confidential. Your information passes through a "firewall', which is a computer specifically designed to keep out unauthorized users. Your information is also scrambled again to ensure it can only be read by authorized ATB systems.
Who can access my account information over the Internet?

ATBOnline® customer access requires you to enter your ATB customer card number and a Web Password known only to you. Unless you have compromised your Web Password by revealing it to someone else, you are the only one who can access your account information using ATBOnline®.
Why is it important to select "Exit" when I’m finished using ATBOnline® or when I walk away from my computer?

Once you have signed in to ATBOnline®, you have begun an "active session." If you walk away during the course of an active session, someone else can use your computer to perform transactions involving your accounts.

For your security, ATBOnline® will automatically end your active session if there is no activity on your PC for about 10 minutes. However, to eliminate any exposure, it is always better for you to end the active session by selecting "Exit".
What happens if I forget to log out when I’m finished using ATBOnline®?
ATBOnline® will automatically log you out after 10 minutes if no activity is detected. However for your security ATB Financial suggests that you always log out when you have completed your Online Banking session.
