ATB STANDARD FORM AGREEMENTS

Alberta Treasury Branches IT Vendor Management office has developed standard templates for Request for Proposals (RFPs), contracts and contract amendments for procurements managed by the Information Technology Services Delivery department. These templates may also be used for purchases by other Alberta Treasury Branches' departments. While these templates are provided for the benefit of potential successful vendors, terms and conditions and approaches for any procurement may deviate from these templates to meet business needs.
